We are part of a movement towards a kinder, more sustainable world

Our philosophy is simple: It’s cool to be kind. This is the driving force behind everything we do – from the ingredients we use, the meals we prepare, how we serve our customers, and how we treat each other.

Founded by Sarah Campbell, a former owner of Two Blondes Cafe, one•two•one vegan café is the culmination of her lifelong desire to create a space that aligns with her values. Since opening the doors in mid-2019, we’ve been proud to welcome vegans and non-vegans alike.

We believe that everyone can benefit from incorporating more plant-based foods into their diets, and we strive to make this as accessible and enjoyable as possible.

At one•two•one vegan café, we take great care to ensure that every product we sell meets our high standards. We know the origin of every product we sell, and work with local producers to source as many of our products as possible. This not only helps to support our community but also reduces our carbon footprint and ensures that we’re offering the freshest, most sustainable products available.

In addition to our commitment to quality and sustainability, the community is at the heart of everything we do. Every member of our team lives in the local area, and we actively seek out opportunities to collaborate with other businesses and organizations in the area. Especially local artists.

We welcome and encourage local producers to approach us with a view to selling their produce and goods in-store, and we’re always looking for new ways to support and strengthen our community.
